Ability to refresh dashes earlier with rearm

By pressing the melee key and rearm key together at the same time twice in a row, you can refill your dashes mid rearm. You save a significant amount of time in getting those dashes early at a cost of a few milliseconds longer rearm, in general. Gain dashes faster at the cost of having to wait a few milliseconds for the rearm animation to end. Miss input will cause you to melee, resulting in you canceling the ability, meaning you have to redo it.

Step by Step Sequence:

• Press rearm and melee together at same twice, twice in a row as fast as possible before rearm ends fully
