Its Laser Shot provides a precise burst of damage, making it a threat at all ranges. When fully charged, Ion’s Laser Core unleashes a continuous high-intensity beam capable of melting enemy Titans in seconds.

Overview
The Splitter Rifle is Ion’s signature weapon, designed for versatility and sustained energy-based attacks. Manufactured by Brockhaurd Manufacturing, it fires fast-moving energy projectiles in a fully automatic mode, making it effective for chipping away at enemies. The weapon holds 40 rounds per magazine and does very mediocre damage.
What sets the Splitter Rifle apart is its alternate fire mode, which consumes Ion’s energy reserves to fire three projectiles in a horizontal spread. This mode significantly increases damage output and is especially effective in close-range engagements. While its projectiles are not hitscan and require leading against fast-moving targets, its damage scaling makes it a powerful tool for both chip damage and burst fire.

Overview
Ion's Vortex Shield is a powerful defensive ability that can absorb and return enemy fire, turning their attacks into a weapon. When activated, the shield captures incoming bullets, projectiles, and Throwable entities, storing them for a counterattack. Unlike standard shields, Vortex Shield doesn't just block damage, but also repurposes it, making Ion a serious threat to careless opponents.
The shield can remain active for up to 8 seconds, but drains energy over time. Certain energy-draining attacks, like Titan cores or arc rounds, can deplete it faster. Once fully drained, it takes 12 seconds to recharge completely. Vortex Shield can store up to 31 bullets and 31 projectiles separately, allowing for a total of 62 stored shots. Bullets fired back deal significant damage based on their target, and when multiple bullets are returned at once, they spread out in a cone similar to a Powershot.

Overview
Ion’s Tripwire is a tactical ability that deploys 3 laser-triggered explosive mines to control enemy movement and deal medium damage. While aiming down sights improves precision, players can also cancel the charge with a melee attack, though doing so will notify nearby enemies via sound and minimap detection. The Laser Shot also has does a small splash that can't hit a target in the air, nor the same target twice, except via the double hit glitch.

Ion’s Laser Core is a devastating and visually striking Titan core that unleashes a continuous, oversized laser beam from head level. This positioning allows Ion to hit enemies over chest-high cover without exposing herself fully. The beam lasts up to 3.5 seconds before expiring.
The Laser Core is known for its exceptionally high damage per second, making it a lethal threat to both Pilots and Titans. It delivers a consistent 325 base damage per hit with no ability to score critical hits. As a hitscan weapon, its damage is instantaneous upon firing, but it's advised to aim in front of where the enemy is moving for the most consistent damage. Despite this, its range is limited, similar to Ion’s Laser Shot. Beyond sheer damage, Laser Core is also highly effective at countering shields, rapidly breaking through barriers like Particle Walls and Gun Shields, while depleting Vortex and Thermal Shields in seconds.
