☣️Doomed State Skip (Doomskip)
A rare bug where the titan dies instead of entering a doomed state
It is yet not clear why it happens, but it seems to require at least two separate forms of damage to happen at the same time at a very strict time window.
Here are known recorded Doomskip cases:
E-Smoke + Leadwall
Plasma Railgun + Leadwall
R-97 + Archer
XO-16 Chaingun (surprisingly the only weapon to have done it without a 2nd form of damage)
