🟢Auto Titan Tricks

Some useful tricks for having better control of the unpredictable auto titans

Auto Titan Animation Break

Auto Titans, by default, will try to evade any kind of AoE (Area of Effect) damage sources, like e-smoke, thermite, etc., by either running away or making giant unnatural leaps. Unfortunately, even friendly AoE damage sources can cause the AI to do so. Hence, can result in annoyance when trying to pull a battery as a pilot only to see your Titan leap away from you because of a cluster missile nearby. Auto Titans can also detect enemy titans nearby by sound and if they hear one approaching, they'll sometimes leap/move outside of cover to engage, resulting in your titan being farmed by the enemy titan for damage. A solution to those problems is the animation break bug, whenever you switch your titan from guard mode to follow mode, and vice versa, the titan's current animation will stop entirely to readjust function.

You can use this bug to:

  • Nearly entirely stop titan from moving

  • Greatly lowering or even stopping the fire rate entirely

  • Preventing Reload

  • Tap once to stop current melee attack animation

  • Tap once to skip the auto titan stall animation after taking damage
