A little trick to pierce the thermal/vortex shield.
Aiming for Scorch's feet is an actual thing; the feet actually stick out, and the thermal shield has a smaller radius than vortex shield, so even when crouching, you can hit the feet. For Ion, you have to sidestep and aim for her right foot; otherwise, your arc wave will not pierce.
